Terms of use

These interim terms apply only to evaluation of the current ServiceOps working prototype.

Last updated: 12 July 2026

1. Evaluation use

ServiceOps is provided for local learning, demonstration and evaluation. It is not yet offered as a production service and should not be relied upon for safety-critical, emergency, regulatory, financial or legally mandated recordkeeping.

2. Accounts and access

Users must provide accurate registration information, protect their credentials and use only the workspace and role they are authorized to access. Owners are responsible for team invitations and promptly disabling access that is no longer required.

3. Customer data

Workspace owners retain responsibility for information they enter, including its accuracy, lawfulness and any notices or permissions required from customers and employees. Do not upload confidential, regulated or production data to an evaluation deployment unless the operator has expressly approved it.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass tenant or role restrictions, probe public tokens, upload malicious content, disrupt the application, misrepresent service records or use the prototype for unlawful activity.

5. Availability and changes

Prototype functionality may change, reset or become unavailable without notice. Features, data models and deployment arrangements may be modified as the product is evaluated.

6. No warranties

The prototype is provided “as is” and “as available” for evaluation. No warranty is made that it is error-free, continuously available, fit for a particular operational purpose or compliant with requirements applicable to a specific business.

7. Liability and production terms

Do not make operational or safety decisions solely from prototype data. Commercial limits of liability, service levels, payment terms, governing law, dispute procedures and operator identity must be defined in reviewed production terms before paid or public use.

8. Suspension

Access may be suspended to protect the application, investigate misuse or maintain the prototype. Workspace data should be exported or backed up through an agreed process before any evaluation environment is retired.

9. Contact

Questions should be directed to the person who provided access to the prototype. Verified legal and support contact details must be published before production launch.
